About the Event:
Mengniu Space Run is co-organized by Mengniu Group and Alisports, and fully planned and implemented by Yuyue Sports. The event contains 20 stops including 19 10k runs and a half-marathon. On April 23rd, 2017, Wenchang in Hainan was the main venue along with 9 other cities including Chongqing, Dalian and Wuhan, creating a record of the most people running at the same time.
Event Highlights:
Mengniu Space Run hold many records including 0ver 100,000 runners, 10 cities running at the same time, a total of 20 city stops, and a total running distance of over 384,000 km.
Services Provided:
As the planner and organizer of the event, we provided one-stop sports services including planning, operation, implementation, promotion, business development, and broadcasting. We tend to build Mengniu Space Run into a benchmark event with high business value and good word-of-mouth based on our rich operational patterns and professional operational methods.
Service Highlights:
(1)Key vision throughout the event (the general design, from the background plate to the runner package such as clothing and backpacks, to the A-shaped board of mills barriers and various materials kept the same style as throughout the event, so that all 20 events had a unified vision.)
(2)The charisma of participants (more than 3,000 people in each 10k event of 19 stops and more than 6,300 people in Changsha half-marathon stop, and 10 stops launching the event at the same time. People who signed up and attended at each stop were confirmed given the limited time.)
(3) Site layout control (each stop required differently regarding timing and decoration. We have done the site layout timely according to local police and site layout requests.)
(4)The management of volunteers ( At least 150 volunteers for each stop, and the proportion and grouping of volunteers were reasonably adjusted according to actual situations. Volunteers consisted of managers, group leaders, ordinary volunteers and first-aid volunteers. All of them were trained together and worked according to specified procedures.)
(5)The professionalism of the event (the marks of all runners came with built-in dual-band chips certified by China Athletics, ensuring the validity and reliability of each runner's performance. Meanwhile, every runner was allowed to view his/her result online afterwards. In addition, each stop had professional referee and supervisor.)
(6)The rigorousness of the event (all tracks had been repeatedly measured and reasonably planned. The layout and starting line of a race were regulated according to the basic marathon requirements of China Athletics.)
(7) Services provided for runners (we arranged professional marathon shooting teams in each stop to take photos and videos.)
(8) The safety of the event (we had established traffic, security, medical and petition guarantee systems respectively.)
