About the Event:
Changshou Lake Triathlon is a famous sport brand in Chongqing as well as the most long-standing and influential triathlon.  In 2017, the event was operated and performed by Yuyue Sports in the year of 2017 which attracted more than a thousand athletes from 20 provinces such as Beijing, Sichuan, Guangdong, Shanghai, Tianjin and Inner Mongolia and countries such as Russia, Ukraine, Brazil, and Nigeria etc.

Event Highlights:
We created a triathlon with “the  most athletes, the highest level and the largest scale”. Moreover,  all athletes were signed up almost half month earlier before the event began.

Service Highlights:

(I): Complete and friendly services

1. Ensuring that the event is being successfully organized from all aspects:
First, we  had work programs and emergency plans  of  security, medical support, traffic, communications and logistics with all duties well-defined, ensuring that the event is being safely and orderly organized.

Second, we  had a sanitation inspection of all hotels and restaurants in the city and around Changshou Lake, ensuring the food and living environment safety during the event.

Third, we have prepared medical stations, ambulances and medical staff on site, ensuring that any injured athlete could be timely treated.

Fourth, we have provided training for all volunteers, ensuring that the volunteering works are standard and regulated.

Fifth, the security force of the site was enhanced to prevent emergencies, and strong measures were adopted to ensure the safety of the event.

2. Warm and thoughtful reception:
We employed the “one-on-one” work model to receive athletes and improve reception quality.

Brilliant supporting events  which integrated sports, culture and tourism, making the event a  combination of tourism, interaction, food-tasting, event-watching and participation, further improving the event quality.

(II): Strict participation requirements
Nearly 1,000 athletes from Chinese and foreign triathlon associations and clubs as well as triathlon fans have participated in the event.

(III): Grouping
The event contained triathlon and two other games. For the triathlon part, athletes were divided into different groups including the Elites, Full-Course (of different ages), Half-Course (of different ages), Experience Chongqing. The two games were swimming & running, and cycling & running.
